Improving Nonprofit Reporting

Spaces is a comprehensive design system I led for a fast-growing real estate technology company. The system unified design language across web, mobile, and marketing surfaces, serving as the foundation for a team of 20+ designers and developers.

The project involved auditing existing components, defining design tokens, creating documentation, and building governance processes to ensure consistency as the team scaled.

Special attention was paid to accessibility, with all components meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards. The system also included extensive dark mode support and responsive design tokens.
